The site owner should add a monitored support email address or other contact method here before launch. Do not send sensitive personal information through an unverified channel.
What to include in a report
For a tool issue, include phone model, browser, operating-system version, selected task, and what happened. Avoid sharing private sensor data or images unless a future support process specifically requests them.
