PhoneLeveler guide
Online Angle Finder & Inclinometer
Use your phone to check a tilt or relative angle in degrees. It is useful for everyday alignment and reference checks, not certified measurement.
How to measure an angle
- Open the level tool on the phone you will use.
- Choose the angle option and place the same phone edge against the object.
- Hold still until the reading is Stable, then note the degrees.
- Calibrate only when you intentionally want a surface to become your reference.
Everyday checks
Check an intentional shelf slope, compare a picture edge with a nearby reference, or confirm a bracket before final tightening. The tool reports degrees; it does not claim slope units or surveying results.
Get a dependable reading
Remove a case if it stops the phone sitting flat. A camera bump can change the contact plane, so use a flat edge where possible. Sensor quality varies; recalibrate if a reading seems off and use a physical instrument for safety-critical work.
